Judger Versus Learner

I am reading a book called Change Your Questions Change Your Life by Marilee G. Adams, PhD.  In the book, Dr. Adams talks about the idea that we, as people, all have the choice of being a judger or a learner when faced with particular situations in life and business.

There is a switching lane that we can shift to that will enable us to become self aware and make better, more informed decisions.  This can lead to dramatically positive results.

The switching lane questions that you can ask yourself will allow you to move from judger to learner and become a better leader.

Think about how this theory could help groups of people in your workplace.  A workshop on this will produce a high return on investment.  Click the link to schedule a quick chat.
